Awesome Job! Was given Griffs Auto when my car broke down by AAA. I have to say, the gentleman that came and helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Being an 18 year old girl, he made me feel comfortable in the situation. The towing was fast and efficient and my car made it about 20 miles on a flatbed safe and sound. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Greece, NY area.

The service is excellent. The work is always completed - correctly - when promised, the mechanics are top rate and courteous, and they won't repair it if it's not necessary. Whatever the problem is, the fix is explained in detail as well as an estimated cost before work commences.
